In this module we will focus on the transition from individual contributor to managing others. While it may seem an easy and natural progression, there are important skills you need to develop and habits that you may need to discard. Even if you have been managing others for a while, you may have habits that you need to break. Key to your success, is building great relationships with your team and other people in your organisation.
