Accountability is about taking ownership of your own actions, behaviours, and decision-making.  An accountable leader, on the other hand, is one that says and does what they say they will, ensuring accountability to their team and the organization. You role model accountability for your team by creating a culture where ownership, clarity, and trust go hand in hand.
